Private Dance Rentals

$35 for 2 hours, off peak hours ONLY

Now each member will be able to bring in 2 guests each. Guest fee of $5.35 applies. Max number of 6 in studio still applicable.

Terms & Conditions

   •   All slots are booked on a first come first served basis. No reservations will be made without payment.
   •   Payment is strictly non-refundable, unless supported by a valid medical certificate.
   •   Hirer is allowed to cancel or change the time of booking a maximum of TWICE per calendar year by giving 7 days advanced notice. Payment will be forfeited otherwise.
   •   Maximum group size of 6 persons for the entire duration. Groups exceeding this size will be charged the standard rates.
   •   Hirer must be booking for his/her own use, bookings cannot be used by instructors to conduct classes of any kind.
   •   A member is entitled to bring in 2 guests each. Each guest needs to pay a one time entry fee of $5.35 (Max: 2 members with 4 guests).
   •   Rate applies to a minimum block booking duration of 2 hours. There is strictly NO pro-rating.
   •   The hirer must not make any alterations to the studio. No glue, pins, masking tape or markers are allowed without the approval of Management.If studio is not found in acceptable condition, a cleaning charge of $50 will be applicable.
   •   Cost of repair, replacement or reinstatement of any loss or damage suffered by YMCA of Singapore to its facilities or equipment will be borne by hirer.
   •   The Management reserves the right to refue admission of any persons likely to cause disturbance, embarressment or annoyance to members, guests and participants of the Y.
   •   The Management will not be responsible for nor will it be required to pay the cost of any loss, damage or injury to the Hirer, Hirer's agents, guests, visitors during use of studios.
   •   Hirers will be charged for overtime usage: $17.50 (less than half an hour), $35 (more than half an hour). There will be no refund of fees for vacating the premises early.
   •   The Management reserves the right to change the venue of the booking in unforeseen circumstances.
