Get expert advice from our gym instructor, Simon Chua (Asian Games 2006 Gold Medallist), on the training you need to get in shape.
Be it preparing for National Service, trimming problematic areas, getting fit and healthy or body-building training, we are here to help. Speak to our friendly instructor for a recommended training package to suit your needs. Personal Training programmes are available on a one-to-one basis, or for groups of up to three persons.
Our Gym is open throughout the year and the opening hours are:
Monday - Friday: 0630 - 2200
Saturday: 0800 - 1900
Sunday & Public Holidays: 1000 - 1800
